GUIDELINES FOR MEETINGS AT WSFC
1. Autonomous meetings
Responsible to follow 12 traditions
Pay a specific rent amount
Large room - $30.00
2nd room - $10.00
Smoking room - $20.00
Responsible for treasury / book keeping
Must adhere to club rules
Must clean up after the meeting
- Push in chairs
- Wipe down tables and countertops
- Clean and turn off coffee machines
- Empty ashtrays (where applicable)
- Empty full garbage cans
- Turn off lights, including bathroom
- Lock door if no meeting is immediately following yours
2. Club Meetings
The WSCF gets the whole basket collected
Allowed to use the whole club unless other rooms are otherwise rented (Always subject to change)
Must adhere to club rules
Must clean up after the meeting
- Push in chairs
